The apartments are sold in three stages:
A client can book an apartment free of charge for up to three weeks. After booking, the client chooses an interior finish package from the selection provided and, in cooperation with the seller, prepares the documents required to enter into a contract under the law of obligations. If the client fails to provide the data needed for the contract during the booking period, the seller has the right to cancel the booking unilaterally.
2. CONTRACT UNDER THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS
The client and the seller enter into a notarised contract under the law of obligations, which requires that the client pay 15% of the purchasing price. The contract will be valid until the house is finished and a real right contract is entered into. All the terms and conditions of the sale are agreed upon before entering into the contract under the law of obligations.
3. REAL RIGHT CONTRACT
The client and the seller enter into a notarised real right contract, the buyer pays the rest of the purchasing price, and receives the finished object of apartment ownership.
The price includes
fee for connecting to the power network
fee for connecting to the public water supply and sewerage system
The price does not include
the notary fee and state fee payable at entering into a sales contract
connection to a phone line, a data network, cable TV or a security alarm system
