Three exclusive apartment blocks of 5-6 floors are being built in the heart of Tallinn. As they are located in the interior block between Tartu mnt and Kunderi Street, they can offer residents life in greenery and away from street noise. The 3- and 4-room apartments overlooking both sides of the house are filled with light. What makes them so attractive is a great selection of interior finish materials, as well as the practical floor plans and sunny rooms. Soundproofing is of particular importance, given that the houses are built in the city centre, although the complex is located in an interior block of apartments, which is already a quiet spot.
